Private 1:1 sessions tailored to you

These sessions are a chance to focus on you — your body, your goals, and what will help you feel stronger and more capable in everyday life.

We’ll work at a pace that feels right, combining strength, mobility and thoughtful movement in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.

What to expect

Each session is tailored to you, and may include:

  • simple strength work using bodyweight, dumbbells or resistance bands

  • mobility and stability work to support how your body moves

  • guidance on technique, so you feel safe and confident

  • a calm, encouraging environment

Sessions can take place in your home or in a beautiful local studio space (subject to availability).

These sessions are a good fit if you:

  • want to feel stronger but don’t enjoy gym environments

  • feel unsure where to start with strength training

  • want guidance that feels supportive, rather than intense or overwhelming

Practical details

Sessions are 60 minutes, and all equipment is provided.

I’m based in the North Cotswolds, and sessions can take place in your home or in a local studio space (subject to availability). Studio hire (if used) is charged separately.

Sessions are available during the day, with limited evening availability.

Sessions are £60, with discounted rates available for block bookings.
