Forma Strength

Small-group strength training to help you build lasting strength, stability and confidence in your body.

Sessions will combine simple strength work with yoga-informed movement — using resistance bands, light dumbbells and bodyweight — in a way that feels manageable and sustainable.

A supportive, well-guided environment to help you get stronger over time.

Forma Approach

Strength for everyday movement

We focus on simple, effective movements that build strength where it matters most — supporting your joints, balance and long-term movement health.

Thoughtful, adaptable teaching

Every exercise can be adapted to suit your body. You’re encouraged to move at a pace and level that feels right for you.

Small, supportive group classes

Classes are intentionally small so there is space for individual attention, guidance and a supportive atmosphere.

  • Sophie's class has become a quiet sanctuary in my week. She's taught me so much more than how to balance - she's shown me that it's okay to take time for myself.
