Forma Strength & Mobility Yoga

Lots of us are hearing more about the importance of building strength through midlife and beyond — but not everyone wants a gym-style class.

This yoga-based class combines steady sequences, repeated bodyweight movements, balance work and mobility to help you feel stronger and more confident.

Accessible and clearly guided, with a calm pace so you can build gradually.

Forma Walks

A welcoming walking group for women in the North Cotswolds, designed to help you build strength in a low-impact, supportive way.

Forma Strength

For those interested in more focused strength work, these small-group sessions will use resistance bands, light dumbbells and bodyweight exercises to help you build lasting strength, stability and confidence.

Supportive, well-guided training in a way that feels manageable and sustainable.

Forma Approach

Strength for everyday movement

We focus on simple, effective movements that build strength where it matters most — supporting your joints, balance and long-term movement health.

Thoughtful, adaptable teaching

Every exercise can be adapted to suit your body. You’re encouraged to move at a pace and level that feels right for you.

Small, supportive group classes

Classes are intentionally small so there is space for individual attention, guidance and a supportive atmosphere.

  • Sophie's class has become a quiet sanctuary in my week. She's taught me so much more than how to balance - she's shown me that it's okay to take time for myself.
